The Records Unit serves as the central repository for all documented calls for service. All reports of criminal, non-criminal, traffic and parking-enforcement activity generated by the Police Department are processed and archived by this Unit. During 2018, this totaled over 115,000 documents including more than 290 expungements and more than 2,500 alarm registration and renewal applications.


This heavy workload is borne by a Records Supervisor and four full-time Senior Clerks.
